We can help you think through the set up and systems for your new home: consulting on traffic flow, storage, daily function, zones, small structural elements, home organization, etc... to achieve good form & function. We can walk through the build site (or look at the plans with you online). You will be able to communicate with your architect and/or builder so they will have a clear picture of what you want from the very beginning. • Available on-site or as an on-line service • 4 hours of service includes contact time with client and office time behind the scenes (travel fee may apply) • Choose this service for part of the home or the whole house • Starts at $250 for up to 1000 sq ft, $100 each additional 1000 sq ft
